If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
Please note that products that do not meet these conditions may be denied a refund.
To initiate a return, please email cs@centellian24usa.com with your order number to obtain return authorization.
Items returned without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method for the product amount only.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email cs@centellian24usa.com with your order number and clear product photos.
After verification, we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
